Today I will talk about Exercise....!

As you know exercise is good for heart, brain and weight loss. But let me know you, it doesn't help much to loose your weight. Yes, really, believe it....!

You need to try some fat exercise like aerobics, yoga to loose weight....! If you want to build good shapes in body first concentrate on belly fat, it stores carbohydrate and insulin (sugar). If your belly has too much fat, means you don't work out regularly to burn your carbohydrate and insulin. Stress is another factor which results into fat storage. Stress control is up to you.

Some summary points:

1. Cut raw sugar intake 2. Loose belly fat 3. Control insulin levels 4. Manage stress 5. Do your homework 6. Common sense
