- 14 units of alcohol are advisable to consume per week - Don't consume all units at once - It's very good have food before drink, it's reduce the concentration and overall effect of alcohol on our body - It's very good to have plenty of water before drink, reduces concentration. - Red wine is good to control our blood pressure, more dark wine more it is good for us, so don't go for white one
